This app allows users to view and control remote devices from another device, offering most of the features previously enjoyed from TeamViewer without the risk of being accused of non-personal use.

RustDesk’s client app is compatible with major platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. Although the iPhone/iPad client is limited to controlling other devices, the app is versatile and user-friendly. Users can enter the device ID to connect and wait for the partner to grant access or enter the required password.

Passwords can be one-time for remote support or permanent for accessing unattended devices remotely. Once logged in, users have full control of the remote device, allowing for screen resizing, text messaging, and file transfer. Essentially, RustDesk offers the same capabilities as TeamViewer.
