Microsoft has yet to acknowledge any problems with the KB5034765 update, despite numerous complaints from users on Reddit. As a result, there are currently no official fixes available.

Some users have reported that using Task Manager to terminate the explorer.exe process can temporarily alleviate some issues. However, a more effective solution seems to be uninstalling the KB5034765 update altogether.

Microsoft’s Jen Gentleman has recommended uninstalling the KB5034765 update, restarting Windows, and then reinstalling the same update. This is the closest we have to an official acknowledgment of the problem or a provided solution.
